Reactions of inorganic ions in aqueous solution, qualitative analysis, and laboratory techniques for simple quantitative measurements. Emphasis on safety, laboratory skills, and critical evaluation of inorganic reactions in solution. Prerequisite: high school chemistry or permission of instructor.
