Additionally, the student will learn the different models of mediation with particular emphasis on the Seven Step Model. Each student will be involved in preparing and conducting several mediation role playing sessions as both mediator and participants. The fundamentals of researching arbitration decisions and legal resources in arbitration will be examined with special emphasis on Internet resources.
