The course is designed to build on the work of the introductory courses in two ways. First, it helps in the development of a greater ease in the use of the language and all its major tenses and forms. Second, it builds a significant active vocabulary across a wide range of reallife situations. The course involves work on the four skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking, with a clear emphasis on listening and speaking. Pre-requisites: Spanish 151 & 152 or equivalent.
