Students will have access to strength machines and free weights, as well as cardiovascular equipment such as stationary bikes, climbers, treadmills and elliptical trainers.

Discussion of health risks, nutritional factors and principles of exercise are included. Emphasis is on walking, jogging and running activities as a means of improving health-related fitness, also stresses setting long-term goals to change or maintain wellness.
