This course is designed for individuals who have litt le or no vocal experience. Basic techniques of voice producti on, dicti on, breathing, and intonati on will be explored in a group setti ng. The course is open to all students and may be repeated for credit upon consent of the instructor. This is a one credit hour course.

This course is for music majors whose concentrati on of study is piano. Once the student has successfully completed the auditi on/interview with the Music Department, an individual program will be designed to accommodate the student's needs. Technique and repertoire is the central focus in the student'sdevelopment. Please note that this is a performance based course. May be repeated for credit for a total of four credit hours. This is a two credit hour course.
