Objective is to enhance the student's understanding of the nuances of leadership as it is practiced and experienced in organizations. Opportunities to assess students' personal leadership capacity, as well as to identify the skills, attitudes and competencies they possess and/or need to develop to assume and distinguish themselves in leadership positions.
