University level competency required as determined through audition. Piano, organ, voice, string, wind or percussion instruments. At least five hours of practice per week are required for one hour of credit. May not be applied towards primary (major) instrument or voice private instruction requirements. Lessons are one-half hour in length for one hour of credit. A jury examination is usually required at the end of each semester. A private lesson fee will be assessed.
