This course provides a framework for defining brand equity and identifying sources and outcomes of brand equity along with developing a tactical guideline for building, measuring, and managing brand equity. Emphasis is on building a common denominator to interpret the potential effects and trade-offs of various strategies and tactics for brands. Managing brand equity between what happened to the brand in the past and what should happen to it in the future is explored.
