Concentrating on the rehearsal and performance of contemporary wind music of a highly virtuoso and concertante nature, it offers its members extensive opportunities to rehearse and study works of considerable difficulty from the contemporary area of composition as well as some aspects of the baroque and classical fields. This organization meets once a week throughout the academic year.
