An adviser from the art faculty will structure the independent study with the approval of the department head. Prerequisite: At least 90 hours completed and an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Enrollment must be approved by the department head and school dean. microorganisms. Topics include general principles of microbiology, immunology, and identification of microorganisms. Three lectures and two, two-hour labs per week. Prerequisites: Bio 112/122 (or Bio 121 or Bio 101 or Bio 105) and Chem 100 or higher.
