Four-week course conducted at Fort Lewis, Washington. Instruction, training, and evaluation focus on the professional development required to become an Army officer. Primary focus on evaluating the student's leadership potential through a mentally and physically demanding camp. Training and evaluation conducted 7 days per week for 5 weeks. Requires active participation by all students. A student is placed in leadership positions which require him/her to lead up to 120 fellow students for extended periods of time. Compensation for travel, lodging, and food.
