This course is a 12-hour per week medical surgical, psychiatric and communication clinical practicum designed to correlate the theory content of NUR 204, NUR 262 and NUR 220. Students utilize the nursing process in caring for clients in assigned health care facilities under the direct supervision of West Virginia Northern Nursing Faculty. Twelve-hour clinical requirement may be scheduled as one-12 hour day or two 6-hour days as clinical availability requires.
