This course includes scanning protocols for abdomen, superficial, obstetrical and gynecological sonographic exams. Students will become familiar with ultrasound equipment, types of film recording, video recording and imaging techniques. Program specifics include dealing with emotional patients, legal-ethical issues, reporting procedures and patient contact.
