A sociological cultural immersion that plunges the student into settings where people are practicing their culture. The class is taught in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Cultural neighborhoods are studied during the day and Folkerama pavilions at night. Students interact with culture's music, language, people, history, and traditions. Seven ethnic neighborhoods are explored and approximately 30 pavilions are visited.
