The successful completion of this course does not necessarily result in AWS (American Welding Society) Certification. AWS Welder certification is dependant upon written test scores and weld/layout conformance of the workmanship sample, per desired process. AWS welder certification is independent of the letter grade received in this course. All students who achieve certification are individually responsible for the $15.00 processing fee, paid directly to the American Welding Society. Students seeking multiple process specific certifications may enroll for this course multiple times with the recommendation of the program advisor. [Semesters Offered: Variable]
