Skill will be developed using a variety of office equipment including: computer, keypad data entry, phone system, fax machine, photocopier, scanner, and transcription equipment. The use of e-mail, using Internet for research, identifying innovations in office equipment and maintaining office equipment are included. Prerequisites: CISQ 03 and OSIM 03.
