This introductory course in voice and speech is designed for the needs of actors but beneficial for any interested participant. It focuses on the development of the actors vocal instrument including exercises in relaxation, awareness, resonance, and healthy, spontaneous vocal expressivity; and develops students understanding of the physical actions that make up speech sounds.
