Prerequisite: College-level Math. Instruction in the basic principles of physics and their application to process facilities. Topics include units of measurement; gas laws; thermodynamics; temperature; pressure; and the properties of solids, liquids, and gases and how these properties relate to the operation of process equipment.

Prerequisite: AAS in Process Technology or Approval of Instructor. Career related activities encountered in the student's area of specialization offered through an individualized agreement among the college, employer, and student. Under the supervision of the College and the employer, the student combines classroom learning with work experience. Includes a lecture component.

An introduction to reading and interpreting working drawings for fabrication processes and associated trades. Use of sketching techniques to create pictorial and multiple-view drawings.
