Covers hazard and risk assessment, crime scene preservation, chemical agents, toxic industrial chemicals, biological agents, pathogens, radiological agents, explosive devices, detection-sampling and plume models, and decontamination methods and personal protection methods. Includes an overview of incident command systems and personal protection equipment. Presents the critical role of first responders in weapons of mass mass destruction, mitigation, and survival. Includes discussions on historical events related to the use of weapons of mass destruction. Researches community mitigation plans in order to prepare for and defeat weapons of mass destruction.
