Identification of exposures and vulnerabilities and appropriate countermeasures are addressed. The importance of appropriate planning, policies, and controls is also discussed. This course is cross-listed as ITSY 1400. The student may register for either ITSY 1300 or ITSY 1400, but may receive credit for only one of the two. Skill development in planning, designing, implementing, operating, and troubleshooting for wireless and cellular telephony systems. Includes call processing, hand-off, site analyses, overview of RF antenna, testing, maintenance, access protocols, security, and vendor interoperability. (3 Lec., 2 Lab.)
