A course in hardware selection, setup, and use of a CAD station. Emphasis is placed on control of the operating system, file management, and keyboarding. Topics address: software installation, hardware installation and configuration, such as mouse, tablet, printers, plotters, graphics adapters, and other configurable items such as communication ports, and serial ports.
