Emphasis is placed on setup; creating and modifying geometry; storing and retrieving predefined shapes; placing, rotating, and scaling objects, adding text and dimensions, using layers, coordinate systems, and plot/print to scale.

Prerequisite: DFTG1305, DFTG1309 32 lecture hours + 32 laboratory hours.........................3 credit hours A study of the principles of layout of electrical and electronic drawings, stressing modern representation used for block diagrams, schematic diagrams, logic diagrams, wiring/assembly drawings, printed circuit board layouts, motor control diagrams, power distribution diagrams, and electrical one-line diagrams.
