Overview of four dimensions of sexuality; biological, psychological, ethical, and cultural and their interrelationship. Sexual myths, psychosexual disorders, sexual diseases, self-concept and self-esteem in relation to sexuality are also examined.

Study of human development from conception to death. Basic concepts and principles of biological, cognitive, and psychological development are integrated for each stage. Specific Reading Skill Development provides students with opportunities to improve their reading in specifically identified areas of need. Comprehension building, word attack skills, and content area reading are some of the specific areas that can be studied.

Designed to teach discipline-specific reading strategies useful to students in both vocational and academic areas. It will also teach awareness of academic thought processes and present skills to enhance that thinking process.

This is a self-paced course for students whose reading is college level. Students work to increase appropriate and efficient eye movements, study to increase vocabulary, and read varied materials to increase reading speed while maintaining good comphrehension.

6.00 Credits
Real Estate Fundamentals is a pre-license course you must complete before taking the real estate salesperson exam in Washington State. The course topics include: real estate interest, ownership, property transfer, finance, valuation, government influences, and the law. Course is a 60 hour online class.

3.00 Credits
Course gives the opportunity to learn about all of the finance programs available today, including conventional loans, FHA insured and VA guaranteed loans, creative financing and seller sponsored financing. Course can be used to satisy continuing education requirements. Course is a 30 hour online class.
