Students will learn how to analyze their diet by computer and compare their present diet to RDA's. Portion sizes, using the metric system, and nutrient content of various foods will be studied. Labs on nutritional assessment and fitness testing are included. Concurrent or prior enrollment in NUTR 201, ECED 135, HLTH 140, or permission of the instructor.
