This is the first semester of academic transfer Ancient Greek. This course is an introductory course intended for students with little or no knowledge of the language. Prerequisite: GREE 1411 or the equivalent or demonstrated competence approved by the instructor. This is the second semester of academic transfer Ancient Greek. This course continues the reading, writing, grammar and cultural studies begun in GREE 1411. This is a WECM Course Number. Mastery of the tools and transformation options of an industry standard draw program to create complex illustrations and follow them through to the color output stage. Mastery in the use of basic elements of good layout and design principles and use the capabilities specific to vector (object oriented) drawing software to manipulate bot text and graphics with emphasis on the use of bezier curves. Acquisition of images via scanning and the creative use of clip art is included. (1 Lec., 2 Lab.)

This is a WECM Course Number. An introduction to offset printing including knowledge and skills to operate a small offset press to print single color jobs. Emphasis on parts of the press and operation procedures, printing terminology, paper types and ink types and their uses, make ready and cleanup. (2 Lec., 4 Lab.)
