Topics address recently identified current events, skills, knowledges, and/or attitudes and behaviors pertinent to the technology or occupation and relevant to the professional development of the student. This is a WECM Course Number. Prerequisite: FSHN 1417 with a grade of "C" or better, FSHD 1324. The student will draft and construct various collars, skirts, necklines, and sleeves and demonstrate pattern-making skills. This course is cross-listed as FSHN 1318. The student may register for either FSHN 1318 of FSHN 1418, but may receive credit for only one of the two. (2 Lec, 8 Lab.)

Emphasis on fashion show production from idea to runway including theme development, stage/set design, choreography, music coordination, lighting, line-up, model fittings, rehearsal and press kit development.
