IDS 2900: Prior Learning Assessment

This course allows students to earn credit for prior collegiate-level experiential learning. Students are required to prepare a portfolio to document such learning for credit assessment and participate in a formal assessment process to successfully complete IDS 2900. Students should consult with their advisors to determine if experiential learning might be an option for them. Up to 15 semester credit hours may be granted for elective credit for experiential learning gained through work experience and training. Elective credit only. Prerequisites: ENGL 1010 and 1020 and permission of the instructor.
