This course includes an overview of South Carolina property law, including the mechanics of various commercial and private property transactions and mortgage foreclosures. This course is a study of the basic principles of office management, including administrative procedures, client relations, and office operating procedures. Emphasis is on increasing proficiency in performing a variety of law office-related tasks. This course is a capstone course for the paralegal program and should be taken through CCTC.
