Contemporary paradigms, ethnic and cultural issues, and rationales for managing diversity in the workplace are highlighted. Individual approaches, dilemmas and conflicts, as well as organizational response repertoires are examined. 3 credit hours. Prerequisite: MGT 301. Offered spring.

Emphasis is on design and management of activities along the supply chain, from purchasing and materials management to distribution and transportation systems.
