Students will build their understanding of human trafficking by analyzing the intersections between the laws that regulate human trafficking at all levels.This course will cover the origins of human trafficking through studies of international human rights and humanitarian laws, and the development of laws. Students will be asked to engage with survivor narratives and legislative advocacy, which will encourage ongoing student involvement in the anti-trafficking movement in a constructive fashion within their discipline.
