An in-depth study of the legislative, executive, and judicial law that govern the employment practices of today. Major laws included in this course are the FLSA, CRA- Title VII, ADA, FMLA, NLRA, OSHA. Issues of discrimination, harassment, health and safety, labor relations, and due process will be addressed. 3 hrs.

Case methods of instruction lend realism to exercises in decision-making. A student receiving a final grade of less than B must repeat the course.
