The student applies the principles learned in REES 1000 and REES 2112 while working in a real estate office under the supervision of a licensed agent. Duties include preparing listing packets and purchasing kits, performing clerical functions such as mailings, scheduling appointments and showings, and attending sales meetings and all closings. The student records tasks in a notebook for review by the supervisor and faculty sponsor to assure that appropriate competencies are being developed. Based on state guidelines, students must complete 40 hours of work for each credit hour in this course. Prerequisites REES 1000 and Instructor approval
