Participants are introduced to 15 self-discipline skills that can be taught developmentally to students in grades K-9. Lessons developed to teach the skills as well as the utilization of infusion, pre-teaching, and modeling will be field tested. Developing a project that will promote the teaching of self-discipline either throughout the total school or within a classroom is the major emphasis of their course. Participants are expected to have completed a 10-12 hour discipline with Purpose workshop, implemented the concepts for a year and then repeat the 10-12 hour workshop and then complete a special project implementing the program.
