Offered: Sp. This is an essential course for students who wish to be involved in DV filmmaking. The course explores the role of the DV filmmaking producer/director. Examines the preproduction, production and postproduction processes from concept, scripting, budgeting and direction to completion, evaluation and distribution. The student will gain practical experience in producing and directing a narrative film throughout the course. Prerequisite: COM468. LAS Writing.
