Offered: F, Sp. A continuation of MGT301. Examines the impacts of individual behavior, and organizational systems. Studies the relationship between individuals' values, emotions, perceptions, and personality on workplace behavior and productivity. Reviews the effectiveness of alternative forms of motivation, leadership, power, and politics on organizational success. Prerequisites: Admission to the School of Business, MGT305, and credit or concurrent enrollment in other Junior Core courses not yet taken.

Examines the special needs of entrepreneurs regarding forecasting and planning, venture capital, trade finance, marketing, staffing, budgeting and cost control, and operations. The recording, processing, and accounting for trasnsactions within the organization and between organizations. Data processing concepts including the issues in acquisition, development and deployment of responsive systems; assessment of the effectiveeness of information systems in business decision making; and the impacts of information systems on organizations. Same as ACC418. Prerequisites: Admission to the School of Business and completion of the Junior Core.
