Prerequisite: ACCT 211- Sophomore Status This course begins the preparation of the Professional Portfolio Project using the AICPA competencies for those entering the accounting profession. The Professional Portfolio Project is required for ALL Accounting majors and recommended for Accounting Information Systems majors. The Professional Portfolio Project is enhanced in upper-level accounting courses and completed during Accounting Theory (ACCT 491). All accounting majors are required to complete a Professional Portfolio using the guidelines provided in the course. Note: Students are encouraged to take the course early in their program.
