In this experiential education opportunity students must complete an individualized program that uses productive work as the means of achievement. Participants choose one of two experiential learning options (A or B) which can be implemented in virtually any industry setting. In Option A students are required to implement a business plan that they've been working on throughout their time at the university. Option B requires the student to work as an "intrepreneur" (corporate entrpreneurship)for an existing company/organization (large, midsize or small) as a change and innovation proponent in order to identify and prepare to capitalize on emerging business opportunities.
