Required each semester for all writing coaches working in the Writing Center, this seminar will meet one hour per week for ongoing training and discussion of topics not covered in EN 314, with special focus on teaching techniques for remedial, learning-disabled, and non-native writers, and techniques for using computers to teach/tutor writing. Prerequisites: EN 314 and writing coach status in the Writing Center. Credits: 1 cr. Misc. Notes: Students may repeat the course up to three times.
