This course will serve as a capstone project for the BA in Music. It will be taken during a student's final semester, and shall demonstrate the student's ability to synthesize the various components of her musical education. In conjunction with the general syllabus (attached), this individualized course will be governed by a contract (also attached). Depending upon the student's chosen track within the BA, examples of projects might include a major composition, a research paper, an analysis paper, a lecture-recital, etc.
