Analysis and design of rocket nozzles and airbreathing engines, including performance and cycle analysis; the flow in nozzles, diffusers, compressors, and turbines; and combustion chamber processes and propellants. Students pursuing both the Bachelor of Arts, Plan II, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering may use this course to fulfill the thesis requirement for the Bachelor of Arts, Plan II.
