Co-requisites: EMSP 2348, EMSP 2260 Assessment and management of patients with cardiac emergencies. Includes basic dysrhythmia interpretation, recognition of 12-lead EKG's for field diagnosis, and electrical and pharmacological interventions. Sophomore literature courses do not have to be taken in a particular sequence. The second half of a survey course may be taken prior to the first half, or a student may choose to take any one course from a two-course survey.
