Application of concepts of Self-Care Deficit Nursing Theory to the care of patients with selected health deviations and mental health needs. Prerequisite: completion of first semester nursing courses. Corequisites: second semester nursing courses or approval of instructor.

A study of normal and pathological physical changes that are linked with the aging process. This course will include the implications of the physiological changes as well as strategies designed to ameliorate or limit health problems that may develop as individuals age. On demand.
