Applications of science and technology are integrated in a problem-based learning environment. Technology, communications, teamwork, and other workplace readiness skills are emphasized.

This course includes the following topics: polynomial, rational, logarithmic, and exponential functions; inequalities; systems of equations and inequalities; matrices; determinants; simple linear programming; and solutions of higher degree polynomials.
