The class will practice a variety of acting methods based upon the concepts of Konstantin Stanislavsky, Uta Hagen, Stella Adler, Stanford Meisner, and others. The student will learn the necessity of script analysis and how to make choices based on circumstances, objectives, and actions. They will understand the importance of discovering the physical, vocal, and psychological aspects of the character and will apply this process to specific dramatic texts through scene study and performance.
