This introductory course will consist of an introduction to the use and/or study of: drafting media, basic geometric concepts, geometric construction, multi-view orthographic projection, and basic dimensioning. In addition to the study of drafting techniques, students will study the basics of computer aided drafting to generate dimensioned multi-view drawings, utilizing Autocad software, and the fundamentals of microcomputer operation.
