Full-time supervised and evaluated teaching music classes in schools (P-12). the candidate will demonstrate the knowledge, skills and dispositions required of a beginning music teacher. Attendance at a weekly seminar is required. The student teaching seminar is designed so that student teachers may reflect and and share experiences with one another and with experienced teachers. Each seminar will include informal sharing/discussion sessions as well as formal presentation on topics of importance related to the practive of music education as well as securing a teach position.
