This course includes an overview of the issues faced by entrepreneurs in new ventures that have passed through an initial start-up phase and are now facing a growth or emerging phase and existing organizations attempting to become more entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial. This course focuses on applying general management and entrepreneurship principles to problems encountered by emerging ventures. Information gained from previous course-work, readings, class discussion, guest speakers, and research on entrepreneurs will be used to aid case study solutions.
