PDA 398: Independent Study

Based on a proposal in which a student is working independently with the assistance of two faculty sponsors, the proposal is concerned with matters that can best be pursued individually rather than in a class. It may not duplicate course content of the regular classroom curriculum. Only Juniors and Seniors are eligible and a cumulative gpa of 3.0 is required. See student handbook for further details. Placements are developed by working one on one with the supervising faculty member and the individual students to try and match their objectives with an appropriate experience. The Internship requires 240 hours in the field. Satisfies: Major Requirement
