ADM 025: Keyboarding Skills and Applications

Lec.0 Lab.4 Credit 2 This course is designed for students with no keyboarding skills or for those who need to relearn the keyboard. Emphasis will be learning to type by touch. The entire keyboard will be included (alphabet, numbers, and symbols). This will enable students to interact with a computer via the keyboard (by touch). Students will learn to prepare simple business documents such as letters, memos, reports, and tables using word processing software. Skill building will also be emphasized for improving speed and accuracy on timed writings.
