The primary activities will be conducted under the supervision of a cooperating school media librarian at an unassigned school media center. The student will be required to spend 90 hours in a school library media center working under the direction of a cooperating librarian. The required 90 hours of field work will build on the background and experience of the certified teacher to develop the specialized knowledge of the school media specialist.
